Palestinian Led Mental Health, Community, Care and Research
A home for Palestinian wellness and mental health access.
Palestinians across the world are carrying trauma that is ongoing, generational, and often unsupported. Many experience loss, displacement, grief, identity fragmentation, and the psychological burden of witnessing continued violence against their people.
Access to culturally relevant care remains limited, fragmented, and often inaccessible.
We are here to change that. We support Palestinian mental health and resilience through culturally grounded care, community programs, and evidence-informed approaches.
Care — Accessible healing-informed mental health support
Community — Connection, belonging, resilience
Research — Culturally grounded study and representation.
Our Mission
We support Palestinian mental health and resilience through accessible trauma-informed care, community programs, and research. Our work incorporates culturally grounded healing approaches, full-spectrum integrative support including psychedelic-informed frameworks, and evidence-based mental health resources to strengthen Palestinian wellbeing, identity, and collective resilience over time.
What We Offer
We are building comprehensive support rooted in:
Trauma-Informed Therapy Access
Connecting Palestinians to culturally aligned, licensed mental health professionals.
Somatic + Nervous System Support
Breathwork, body-based tools, and regulation practices to support the physiology of trauma.
Psychedelic-Informed Integration
Supporting individuals who have had or are exploring psychedelic experiences and need culturally grounded processing, meaning-making, and community safety.
Community Support Circles
Spaces for Palestinians to gather, process, grieve, connect, and rebuild belonging.
Educational and Ally Trainings
Resources for those who work with or support Palestinians to better understand trauma, culture, language, and identity.
Research and Advocacy
Collaborating with institutions to address the lack of Palestinian representation in trauma, resilience, and psychedelic research.
A Palestinian-Led Movement
This work is created by Palestinians for Palestinians.
